I just want to return the product, what should I do?

The process is as follows

1) Contact our customer service team at hello@pocokids.co to get the order-specific return link
2) Fill out and submit the return application and download the free return label
3) Use the return label to return the product
4) The warehouse receives the returned product, verifies the quantity, and inspects the product
5) The warehouse notifies the return customer service team for a refund
6) The refund will be returned to the original payment account within 3-7 working days
