According to pediatric foot specialists, children’s feet grow at different rates based on their age:

👶 0-2 years old: Feet grow 1 size every 3-4 months.

👧 2-3 years old: Growth slows to 1 size every 5-6 months.

Our Growth Plan ensures your child receives new shoes at the right time. However, if you’d like to adjust the delivery schedule, you can do so anytime!

Absolutely! Before each shipment, you can select your preferred color and style (subject to availability). New Poco-One color releases will also be included in your options!

We understand that every child grows at their own pace. However, due to the subscription-based nature of this plan, returns or exchanges for personal sizing issues are not accepted. Please double-check the size chart carefully before each shipment. (Quality issues are covered under warranty.)

• Once your plan ends, you can choose to renew or upgrade to continue enjoying the benefits.

Since the Growth Plan is a prepaid membership, cancellations are not allowed after purchase. However, if your child no longer needs the plan, you can adjust the delivery schedule or gift the remaining pairs to another child.
