- Due to the flexible size selection and bundled discount, this plan does not support returns or exchanges for sizing issues caused by personal reasons. (Quality issues will be covered under standard warranty.)
- This membership is non-refundable and cannot be canceled or partially refunded once purchased.
- If the customer fails to notify customer service within the valid period about their shipping preferences, any unused shoe pairs from the package will be forfeited and will not be shipped.
- Once the package is purchased, it is considered that the customer has acknowledged and agreed to the above terms.

The Poco-One Growth Plan is a subscription-based membership designed to support your child’s foot growth at every stage. This plan helps parents ensure their child always has the right size shoes, with less hassle and lower costs, while providing the healthiest footwear for natural development.

We offer flexible plans tailored to your child’s growth needs:
✔ 1-Year Plan: 4 pairs of Poco-One
✔ 2-Year Plan: 9 pairs of Poco-One + 1 set of embroidered patches

How does the Growth Plan work?

How do I know when my child needs a new size?
According to pediatric foot specialists, children’s feet grow at different rates based on their age:
👶 0-2 years old: Feet grow 1 size every 3-4 months.
👧 2-3 years old: Growth slows to 1 size every 5-6 months.
Our Growth Plan ensures your child receives new shoes at the right time. However, if you’d like to adjust the delivery schedule, you can do so anytime!
Can I choose different colors for each pair?
Absolutely! Before each shipment, you can select your preferred color and style(subject to availability). New Poco-One color releases will also be included in your options!
What if the size doesn’t fit?
We understand that every child grows at their own pace. However, due to the subscription-based nature of this plan, returns or exchanges for personal sizing issues are not accepted. Please double-check the size chart carefully before each shipment. (Quality issues are covered under warranty.)
Can I cancel my subscription after purchasing?
Since the Growth Plan is a prepaid membership, cancellations are not allowed after purchase. However, if your child no longer needs the plan, you can adjust the delivery schedule or gift the remaining pairs to another child.
Which regions do you support for shipping?
