Footwear came out of good quality. My daughter loves the shoes. It has enough room for my daughter’s feet to feel comfortable. Just lil disappointed with the delivery time. It took longer than the estimated time mentioned on website.

I can’t comment on the quality of the product as I haven’t received my order yet, despite placing my order 18 days ago. I did reach out to Pocokids through the Shop app, and while they were very friendly, I had hoped they would do more. That said, I’m not sure how much of this issue is Pocokids’ fault so I’m giving 3 stars. Here’s hoping my order comes before my kid grows out of the shoes!

I don't know why you gave us a bad review. After you placed the order, we notified you in time that your address was incomplete. On March 17, after you placed the order, we notified you that we required a complete address. You replied on March 22 to change the address, and we sent your package on March 23. You said on March 26 that you had been waiting for more than ten days. We have refunded you, just want to let you know that we are not scammers, but I want to say that it is not all our fault!
