Where are your shoes made?
Our shoes are thoughtfully designed in the UK and lovingly crafted in Spain.The same family-run factory produces both the outsole and upper, bringing over 30 years of shoemaking expertise to every pair. Their dedication to craftsmanship, high standards, and sustainability perfectly matches our mission to create products filled with care and purpose.
How do you ensure the shoes are non-toxic?
We prioritize your child’s safety by carefully selecting materials and rigorously testing each batch. Our shoes meet ISO international standards,CPC U.S. standards, and CE European standards, with additional checks performed by SGS in Spain. If you’d like, we’re more than happy to share our certifications to give you peace of mind.
How do I choose the size?
We provide a detailed size chart on our Kickstarter page. You can measure your child’s feet and match the size to ensure a perfect fit. Once the crowdfunding campaign is successful, our dedicated customer service team will assist you in confirming the size, shipping method, and other details. Please make sure to check your email for further instructions.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Estimated delivery timelines will be shared on our Kickstarter campaign page. Generally, orders are shipped within 4-6 weeks after the campaign concludes. Our team will work overtime to ensure your order arrives before April. In case of unavoidable delays due to local logistics or other unforeseen circumstances, we will promptly communicate with you to find a solution.
What should I do if the size is not right?
If the size is not right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll assist you with an exchange or provide further solutions.
